Staying Active Over Lockdown

We hope everyone is staying healthy and active at home as much as possible. Not always easy! A few ideas are to:

  • Use the QGC Coaches online resources HERE
  • Follow our FB page for conditioning challenges and gymnastics videos
  • Practice comeptition routines HERE!
  • Get outside for a walk or bike ride
  • Practice your handstands, bridges, and cartwheels in a padded space or outside
  • Stretch, stretch, stretch!
