Staying Active Over Lockdown
We hope everyone is staying healthy and active at home as much as possible. Not always easy! A few ideas are to:

- Follow our FB page for conditioning challenges and gymnastics videos
- Practice comeptition routines HERE!
- Get outside for a walk or bike ride
- Practice your handstands, bridges, and cartwheels in a padded space or outside
- Stretch, stretch, stretch!
